The monolithic glass does not have any treatment. It is the common glass. It is called "annealed" or "float", terms that refer to its manufacturing process.

Float glass or monolithic glass consists of a sheet of glass manufactured by floating the molten glass on a layer of molten tin. This method gives the glass a uniform thickness and a very flat surface. It is also called flat glass.

Glass cut to size.

We ship to the entire Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands and CE. Canary Islands and other countries, ask us.

Holes

The holes will be made by default 10 mm in diameter, please attach a drawing or plan indicating where you want them. In case you want a different diameter, contact us through e-mail, telephone or Whatsapp.

They are holes to pass cables or allow the visibility of a plug. However, they cannot bear weight. For example, they cannot be used to hang the glass. Holes can only support weight in tempered glasses.

Vidrio Monolitico transparente 2 mm

Se me rompió el cristal de un marco para fotografías, me enviaron el cristal rápido y a la medida exacta que pedí, no se nota la diferencia del cristal original.
Todo proceso fue perfecto con una atención esplendida.

Important

When you take the measurements, use a quality meter; If not, there may be differences between the measurements you take and the ones we send you. Glass is a very fragile material so it cannot be very tight to rigid frames.

To prevent it from breaking due to expansion, the glass should always measure 4 mm less than the place where it should be installed, both in width and height. The space that remains free must be filled with silicone.

Aplications

Select the most suitable length and width for your needs. If you need measurements larger than the accepted maximums, contact us.
