The ceramic glass Neoceram is resistant to high temperatures. Its main property is that it has no expansion up to 800ºC. This is a ceramic glass that gives it this resistance to temperature. NEOCERAM DE 5 MM RESISTENT A ALTES TEMPERATURES, conté el foc perquè sigui visible sense perill que saltin espurnes.

Vidre vitroceràmic resistent a altes temperatures, Neoceram tallat a mida, aquest vidre la seva propietat principal és que no té cap dilatació fins a 800 ºC. Aquest és un vidre ceràmic que confereix aquesta resistència a la temperatura. Ceràmica de vidre (Neoceram) 5 mm de gruix. El vidre vitroceràmic és recomanat pels fabricants de xemeneies i estufes.

Principals avantatges del NEOCERAM:

No es recomana fer forats a un tipus de vidre vitroceràmic

Recomanacions per muntar el vidre vitroceràmic Neoceram:
S'aconsella fer servir algun element elàstic entre el vidre i el metall del marc. Els punts de suport han d'estar lliures de rebaves i soldadures. El marc haurà de ser totalment rígid. El vidre NEOCERAM no dilata, però un marc mal dissenyat si experimenta contraccions pot arribar a trencar el vidre.

Termini de lliurament: 5/7 dies laborables, per a formes quadrada o rectangular.

Aplicacions: Vidre per a la construcció o reparació de xemeneies i estufes, calderes de pèl·let, calderes de biomassa, calderes de fusta, ossos de fruita i estelles.

Les causes que el vidre de la seva estufa de llenya es posi molt negre pot ser degut a multitud de causes, entre elles estarien:
- Llenya de mala qualitat: Si utilitzem llenya de mala qualitat, que estigui humida, o llenya tractada amb productes químics, ens trobarem que es produeix molt fum a la cambra de combustió, i el mateix en xocar amb el vidre Vitroceràmic es queda adherit a ell, a causa de les partícules de resina que posseeix.
- Manca de tir: Si tenim instal·lacions de tubs d'estufes de llenya amb poc tiratge, no tindrem prou depressió, i l'absorció i ascensió del fum des de la cambra de combustió serà molt lent, fent que romangui més temps del necessari a la cambra de combustió, i per tant, més en contacte amb el crista Vitroceràmic l, fent que es posi més negre.
- Tancar la porta de l'estufa acabada d'encesa: En tancar la porta, el que fem és forçar el tir, en estar només com a entrada d'aire, cosa que fa que viu molt la flama i es produeixi molt a la cambra de combustió, i taqui més el vidre Vitroceràmic.
- Cordons i porta en mal estat: Amb l'ús i el pas del temps, i de vegades quan netegem el vidre, es mulla el cordó i podem trobar-nos, que s'ha perdut algun tros de cinta, per la qual cosa la porta de l'estufa no tanca bé, això fa que tinguem variacions a l'entrada d'aire i es taqui més el vidre Vitroceràmic.
- L'estufa no posseeix el sistema de vidre net: Conforme augmentem la qualitat de l'estufa, aquesta té més elements que en justifiquen el preu, i que en fan un ús i un manteniment millor. Si la nostra estufa no posseeix sistema de vidre net, es tacarà més que una estufa que sí que ho tingui.

Aquestes serien les causes, per les quals el vidre vitroceràmic de l'estufa de llenya s'embruta massa.

La millor manera d'encendre l'estufa de llenya és, un cop posada la pastilla, deixar mig ajustada la porta mentre es va escalfant el ferro, els tubs i es crea la depressió adequada perquè l'estufa funcioni bé, i no s'hi acumuli fum de més a la cambra de combustió, que farà que ens taqui més el vidre Vitroceràmic Neoceram tallat a mida.

IMPORTANT: Quan prenguis les mides, utilitza un metre de qualitat, si no és així, hi poden haver diferències entre les mides que tu prens i les que t'enviem nosaltres. El vidre és un material molt fràgil, no pot anar gaire ajustat a marcs rígids. Per evitar que es trenqui per dilatació, el vidre sempre mesurarà tant amplada com alçada 4 mm menys del que mesura el lloc on ha d'anar instal·lat.

When you take the measurements, use a quality meter; If not, there may be differences between the measurements you take and the ones we send you. Glass is a very fragile material so it cannot be very tight to rigid frames.

To prevent it from breaking due to expansion, the glass should always measure 4 mm less than the place where it should be installed, both in width and height. The space that remains free must be filled with silicone.
